What is the return policy?

Request a Return: Contact our Customer Support team at eu_service@libernovo.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or Return Lable. Include your order number and reason for return.

Pack the Product: Securely pack the LiberNovo Omni chair in its original packaging, including all accessories. Include the RMA number on the package.

Ship the Product:

For returns within 30 days without quality issues, return shipping costs are shared (50% covered by the customer, which will be deducted from customer’s order amount, 50% covered by LiberNovo).

For returns due to quality issues, LiberNovo covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

Packaging Requirement
- Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging to ensure safe transport and to qualify for a refund.
- We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging until you are sure you will not be returning the product.
- If the original packaging is not available, customers will need to purchase a replacement carton from us.
The cost varies by region: approximately 80€.
